Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using IstruTrast's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Description of Service

IstruTrast provides public speaking and communication training services including:

• Corporate training programs
• Individual coaching sessions
• Group classes and workshops
• Online training materials and resources
• Assessment and certification programs

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Respect the intellectual property rights of IstruTrast and others
• Participate actively and constructively in training sessions
• Treat instructors and fellow participants with respect

Payment Terms

Fees and Payment

• All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD)
• Payment is due prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• Late payment may result in suspension of services

Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 14 days before the start date are eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before start date are eligible for a 50% refund
• No refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before start date
• Medical emergencies may be considered for exceptions (documentation required)

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by IstruTrast, including but not limited to training materials, videos, handouts, and methodologies, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reproduce or distribute our materials without written permission
• Use our training methods for commercial purposes without authorization
• Reverse engineer or create derivative works from our content
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary markings

Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IstruTrast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide high-quality training, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or career advancement results.

Code of Conduct

Participants in our programs are expected to:

• Maintain professional behavior at all times
• Respect the confidentiality of other participants
• Arrive punctually for sessions
• Participate actively in exercises and discussions
• Provide constructive feedback to fellow participants
• Refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behavior

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or our business.

Force Majeure

IstruTrast shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or public health emergencies.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
